Product Description

FKR1-500 type digital display motor soft starter adopts 16 bits MPU as the core to control high power controllable silicon module, and realize soft starting and soft stopping of threephase AC asynchronous motor(Squirrel cage motor), in addition, it supplies a few selectable, protection function like overload, oper-phase, over voltage and under voltage. This product is used mainly matching with complete control cabinet, and it must be connected with bypass contactor with the corresponding specification. The products include 5.5KW-600KW three-phase AC asynchronous motors(Squirrel cage motor), which have been applied for industrial field such as metallurgy, petrol, fire control, mine, petrochemical, therefore, they become the new generation and most ideal productsinstead of traditional Y/ starting device, reactor starting device, auto transformer starting device. The product performance conforms to relevant stipultion of GB14048.6-98.

CHARACTERISTIC
1. 3 modes of startup: Voltage sloped starting can reach maxi output torque, constant current starting mode can limit the startup current as much as possible, heavy-loading starting can get maxi startup torque.
2. Stopping mode: Voltage sloped soft stop, free stop.
3. Programmable delay startup mode, programmable interlocked control, programmable fault link output.
4. Phase sequence is not required.
5. Startup time and stop duration can be changed from program. 6.
6. Multi protection functions: Over-current, three-phase unbalance, overheating, phase failure, motor overolad.
7. Dynamic fault record, it is easy to find out the fault point, record 5 faults at maximum.
8. It can measure maxi starting current and maxi working current online.
9. English display: FKR1-500 can display various value, there is English instructionfor program and faults.

UNIQUE FUNCTION
FKR1-500 type is to be used in AC 415V, 50Hz, 5.5~600KW squirrel cage motors with various loads.
Starting mode:
Current limit type: Limit the starting current, reduce the starting voltage, adjust freely, keyboard ste.
Voltage slope type: It helps the motor to start smoothly and gradually so as to reduce the impact on the power network caused by starting current, to reduce the vibration and noise of equipment and to prolong the operation life of mechanical transmission.
Heavy-load starting: It can output maxi startup torque.
Stopping mode:
Free stop
Soft stop
Control mode: Input: Passive switch signal.
Output: Relay output without power supply.
