The structure of SGRB10 Series of transformer is an incorporation of solid insulation (NOMEX + Grade H impregnating varnish) and gas (air) insulation, the high-voltage coil is designed into envelope type and the low-voltage coil is fabricated by winding of top quality copper foil, which therefore promotes the environmental compatibility of NOMEX insulation series of dry-type transformers, they are applicable to hydroelectric power plants, thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, chemical plants, mines and other places of high temperature, high humidity and dirtiness.
The transformer body adopts square-tube clamping pieces, stainless steel drawplate press-nail structure, whereas the high voltage lead is of 10KV cross-linking cable coupling, and the whole transformer surface is coated with special water-proof material forming a dustproof, damp proof and antifouling overcoating. Compared with SG10, SGRB10 has more reliable overall stress, better humidity resistance capability and safer power utilization. |
